England fly-half Owen Farrell will make his first appearance of the season when Saracens take on Toulon in the European Champions Cup on Saturday.
Farrell has missed the opening six matches of the Premiership season with back and hip problems.
Alex Lozowski has proved an able deputy in Farrell's absence, scoring four tries and contributing a total of 66 points after joining from Wasps during the close season, but Mark McCall's first-choice number 10 will make his return at Stade Mayol.
Brad Barritt captains a side that also includes Alex Goode, Maro Itoje and Billy Vunipola in a match between the last two European champions.
"Our game against Wasps [a 30-14 victory] was good preparation for a game like Saturday's but there are parts of game where we'll need to step up for a team as strong as Toulon," said director of rugby McCall.
"We have a group who relish these kinds of challenges and big occasions - I'm confident that our players will thrive in such an atmosphere."
Flanker Jackson Wray will make his 150th appearance for the club.
