Kurtley Beale should reject a move to Premiership side Wasps as English clubs have "no soul, no heart", says Waratahs chief executive Andrew Hore.
With Charles Piutau to join Ulster in July, Wasps have been heavily linked with a move for Australia full-back Beale.
However, Hore issued a word of warning to Beale, saying the 27-year-old will not receive the support he needs at the Ricoh Arena.
"The only thing I would say with Kurtley going to Wasps is you're going to get very limited support," Hore said in quotes reported by The Telegraph.
"They're very transient clubs where as here we know we're representing the community.
"The English clubs have become very transient and they've got no soul, no heart.
"There's a lot of downsides to Europe. It's not always about how much money you put in a kid's back pocket; it's about the environment around them."
Wasps sit second in the table, four points behind Saracens with two rounds of matches remaining before the play-offs.
